When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you write. You may also choose to give your company name and the service you are interested in. We record that you agreed to us using these details to reply, the time of submission, and your browser's user-agent string. To limit abuse, we store a salted, one-way hash of your IP address rather than the address itself. Please do not include credentials, personal data about others, or confidential documents in the form.
This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Service providers
Enquiries are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. Resend is used to send two emails for each enquiry: a notification containing the enquiry to our team, and an acknowledgement to the email address you provide. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legitimate business records, and applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
